Joe has served as CEO of Interactive Marketing Solutions, Inc. since its inception in 2000 and has worked in direct response marketing since 1996. In his role as CEO, Joe runs the day to day operations of the company with a focus on the growth, vision and direction of the company. He possesses a BS in Accounting and Marketing from Binghamton University. Joe's work ethic and determination in the office are personified by his passion for triathlon and the commitment it requires and is further personified by his 4 Iron-Man Triathlon finishes.


Luis always knew from a young age that his best asset was his creativity. He studied Marketing Business Management at Dominican College in New York and landed his first position at JAMI Marketing Services in 1993. During the following year, Luis progressed to become a full-time Senior Account Executive, managing direct mail campaigns in the Offline and Co-op marketing sectors.
In 1996, Luis left JAMI Marketing Services to set up his own company - Crystal Direct Marketing Services. Crystal's core focus was monetizing existing consumer databases as well as procure mailing lists, for companies targeting consumer and businesses within the US and abroad. Also, Luis successfully developed and implemented telemarketing campaigns for Call Centers around the globe with sales in excess of $50 million a year.
In 2000, he re-branded his company to Interactive Marketing Solutions that expanded to meet the growing need for Internet and online services. Interactive Marketing organically established itself as a comprehensive solutions provider for blue-chip retailers who were moving into the world of e-commerce. Luis managed the compilation of online databases for his corporate clients as well as the development of numerous online and offline direct marketing, telemarketing and overall brand marketing campaigns for more than 150 different companies. It is because of all of this that IMS now offers a complete set of turnkey brand marketing solutions for the corporate client with the ever increasing need to tap into the American and International consumer sector

Mr. Goodman began his professional career in the computer-consulting field. After graduating from Syracuse University with degrees in Finance and Management Information Systems, Mr. Goodman has worked in the system development field for companies ranging from small to mid-sized in terms of volume. Mr. Goodman left this field to pursue a Master of Business Administration with a specialization in asset management from New York University. While studying for this degree, Mr. Goodman worked in the Bahamas for an international money management firm handling asset strategies for international companies. Mr. Goodman joined Interactive Marketing Solutions after this venture and is in charge of developing products and providing consulting for all of Interactive Marketing Solutions' clientele.

Lou is a magna-cum-laude graduate of Rutgers University, for over 17 years an audit partner in the prestigious, NYC based, CPA firm of Leon M Reimer & Co., and, more recently, the CFO for a Westchester based, and industry leading, designer and manufacturer of point-of-purchase advertising displays with operations in the US, as well as in the United Kingdom, France, Spain and Hong Kong. Lou has been married to his wife of 35 years, and is the father of four wonderful children.


Karen's super successful journey in the Direct Marketing industry started in 1984 when she moved to Southern California with an Art Degree, $200 and a dream of designing album covers for the likes of Kajagogoo and Cyndi Lauper. To help pay her bills she got a day job at Advanced Management Systems, and the rest is mail order history. In a very short period of time, Karen was buying millions of names of months for a variety of mailers including DAK Industries, Viking Office Supply, Harry and David, Jackson Perkins and The Vitamin Shoppe. After a stop at American List Counsel, Karen moved to sweepstakes giant Horizon International where she was responsible for list buying, list brokerage, and lead sales. In her first year alone Karen sold an astounding $6 Million in telemarketing leads!
In 2001 Karen joined Traffix, Inc. where she perfected her expertise in the online direct marketing arena. Her responsibilities included lead generation, data sales, co-registration, search engine marketing and new business development which included mobile marketing. In five years at Traffix Karen generated more than $20 Million in revenue and watched the company's profits soar by 85%.
Her professionalism, work ethic, and tireless dedication to increasing her client's profitability are well known throughout the direct marketing world. Simply put: Karen has added value to every company and client she's worked with. Karen's boundless energy and commitment to direct marketing excellence make her a key player in the ongoing and future success of IMS and our clients.


David's career began in 1999 as an assistant account executive in the brokerage department at Conrad Direct. Within his first three months, David became an account service manager and was on his way to become account executive in just one short year. David worked on accounts like Phillips Publishing, Aloes International, and News Max Magazine. In 2000, he left the industry and pursued a career in finance.
At Morgan Stanley, David led his sales team for four consecutive years. During this time, he attended Dominican College in Blauvelt, NY and in 2004 graduated with a major in Marketing Management. His passion for marketing and sales brought him back to the industry in June of 2005 when he accepted a position as List Manager with Interactive Marketing Solutions. David's prior industry experience and sales background made him the perfect fit for the department. David is currently the Director of List Management and is in charge of overseeing the day to day operations of the List Management department.

Ron received a bachelor's degree in Business Management from the State University of New York at Binghamton in 1996. Ron got started in the Information Technology field back in 2001, where he worked as a support technician for Citigroup Asset Management. After 4 years at Citigroup, Ron accepted a position at Interactive Marketing Solutions as both the Information Technology Manager and database programmer.

Chris began in the direct marketing world in 2000, working in brokerage and eventually list management. He came from the mortgage industry where he quickly learned how important the right data was to telemarketing and direct mail campaigns. This made the transition smooth and he enjoys working with new clients and finding them the right lists. He played an integral part in the birth and continued growth of our List Management department and also works directly with mailers on the List Brokerage side.
In late 2008 Chris also began deploying offers and learning Email Management in our Media Division.

Chris Marinucci has been an employee at IMS for 7 years. He was a technical analyst with IMS's Media division before moving into the Information Technology Department. In his current role, he provides technical support for the office as well as database management and programming.

Erik graduated from SUNY Orange in 2005, with an Associates degree in Applied Science and E-Business. After doing freelance web design and development for two years, he joined Interactive Marketing Solutions as a Web Developer for the Media Department

Interested in computers and technology since childhood, Frank attended SUNY Orange and graduated in 2001 with his Associate in Science for Computer Science. Working for the next three years before returning to school, he graduated in 2006 from SUNY New Paltz: Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, with foundations in programming, networks, and databases. After graduation, he worked as a Level 3 Internet Assistance Technician at Time Warner Cable and an IT Help Desk Technician at Gilman Ciocia Financial Planning firm before joining IMS as their Junior Web Developer.

As a graduate of the Swedish design and advertising school Hyper Island, Line Everlund Matulac interviewed at Interactive Marketing Solutions, where, only days after graduation and her move to the States, she found a job. Originally an English major, a semester as an exchange student at the Georgia Institute of Technology made her change her field of concentration to graphic design and new media. From interning at a major product design firm in Manhattan, she brings to the company a wide range of experience in designing for the web, publication design, packaging, corporate identity and branding, as well as a great enthusiasm for bringing the client's need to eye-catching solutions on the screen.

John Wilhere has been a Senior Linux Engineer for
company's such as Red Hat, Inc. and NASA, specializing
in high-volume models. John has recently joined the Interactive
Marketing Team and brings with him 12 years of Linux
Administration and Engineering experience.
